"I purchased a car and needed to stop by my insurance agent office. When I walked in Jordyn Branstator and Team were swamped with quotes. She immediately stopped what she was doing to assist me. I had a few questions that she needed to do a much deeper dive on for my answers, which were not urgent. I let her know I had more errands to run, she can call me tomorrow, so she could get back to serving other customers. Sure enough 24 hours later I received a call and had everything explained to me, thoroughly. One thing I truly like about my agents' staff, they're always on top of assisting me when I call, even when I just call for paperwork or to make a payment. I couldn't ask for better service!"
