"I had the pleasure of working with Ryan LaDuke, today who has made this exhausting process a breeze. I've shopped around quite a few times over the years for the best insurance policy I could get at the time and this time around I'd contacted about 7-8 companies. Ryan is the first agent I've ever spoken with who not only made sure to find me the best options within my price range (which I was clear on being rather strict) without making me feel like scum for the fact I couldn't breach the limit on by pushing on me what was impossible for me, but also made sure I understood the policy itself - what it is, covers and costs. She answered my questions in clear, plain language without being condescending in any way. She also exercised a kind patience with my anxieties which make me as excitable and about as coherent as a toddler in most social situations. Due to this; I tend to require constant redirection and for simple information to be repeated to me while I also repeat my questions excessively. Despite these quirks - her attitude remained positive, friendly and respectful. She made this a painless over the phone process for me that was finished with proof of insurance in my email within literally minutes leaving me with a complete confidence in my policy, agency and agent. The prices are very good compared to A LOT of companies but the experience is unbeatable and because of her service, I am definitely recommending not JUST State Farm but specifically Ryan LaDuke."
