"I have been going through Jess at State Farm with Jim Demko for as long as I can remember. I’m 33 years old and Jess is the only car insurance agent I have ever gone through and the only one I will ever trust with my family. She keeps my rates low and fair. She is always available to assist even when it’s not apart of her job description. We experienced a fire and she calmly walked me through everything I needed to do. I’m not sure what I would do without Jess and all the help she has given me over the years. And now she’s looking out for my kids as we get new drivers on the road.

Updated bc I couldn’t leave a new comment. 2-17-26. National state farm hung up on me bc I annoyed them bc they couldn’t find me as a previous client. Even told me it wasn’t an issue for a supervisor and before transferring, forcefully hung up on me. I call Ryan, my fighting savior, at Jim Demko’s office and even though I was not a client she helped me
Solve the issue with a previous claim. I would never recommend State Farm national. However due to Ryan’s customer service and going above and beyond, she really saved me today. Ryan is an excellent employee and person. TD."

"I'm really disappointed in the service here. I've been with Jim for YEARS. I'm over 40, haven't had a ticket in decades, yet they've found any reason to jack my rates up consistently throughout the years, instead of lowering due to age and excellent driving record. Now I have better health insurance that covers more, and they used that as a reason to raise it again, when you'd think it would be lowered. I will say the staff is nice and knowledgeable. But at this point I think it's predatory. I wouldn't advise using this company for your auto insurance. Currently looking for another provider."
